User Responsibility:

The USER acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any damage or loss caused by their use of the SUSTAX platform. Geoskop SL and SUSTAX cannot be held liable for any damage caused by downloading, modifying, interpreting, or other use of the SUSTAX platform and its climate models.

Geoskop’s Limitation of Liability:

Geoskop and SUSTAX cannot be held liable for any errors, failures, or inaccuracies in the SUSTAX platform, regardless of the underlying models, climate data, geospatial representations, derived risk interpretations, or in the associated documentation.

Client’s Usage of Sustax:

The use of the data sets will be carried out by the CLIENT as the end-user or, if applicable, as a broker or distributor, at their own risk. The CLIENT is solely responsible to third parties for any harm caused by the use of climate data or models.

Exclusion of Liability:

Geoskop SL and SUSTAX cannot be held liable for the use of their information, products, or services by the CLIENT as an end-user, broker, or distributor, nor for any damages or economic losses suffered that may directly or indirectly result in economic, material, or data damages.

Availability Guarantee:

Geoskop SL and SUSTAX do not guarantee the continued availability of their information, products, or services, or, if applicable, of reusable documents, either in content or form, nor assume any responsibility for any error or omission contained therein.

Client Acceptance:

By accessing or using the SUSTAX API and platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this disclaimer. Your use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.
